Forward strongly supports the rule of law. Safeguards ensuring the sanctity of our legal processes are eroded when civil servants cannot perform their duties free from fear of retribution. The Department of Justice has announced that it is terminating the employment of many career DOJ officials who were assigned to investigations of President Trump. These officials were doing the jobs they were called to do. This follows the immediate firing of many inspectors general (whose terminations, done legally, require 30 days of notice to Congress). Additionally, many of the pardoned J6 rioters, all of whom were duly convicted, had expressed no remorse, and some have even been involved in altercations with police since their pardoning. The law must apply equally to everyone—rich and poor, President and powerless. In the spirit of the Declaration of Independence tenant that “all men are created equal,” the equal application of the law is essential for the health of our democracy. It is as foundational to political equality as is “one person, one vote.” The emerging theme of retaliation against those who sought to hold to account—as was their jobs—undermines the foundations of our democracy that make America America, that make this the special place it is.

The republican method of government, often referred to simply as a "republic," is a form of governance where the country is considered a public matter (res publica), and the head of state and other officials are representatives of the people. In a republic, the government's authority comes from the consent of the governed, and the leaders are elected by the citizens, either directly or through representatives. Key Features of a Republican Government: Popular Sovereignty: The ultimate power rests with the people, who elect representatives to make decisions on their behalf. Rule of Law: Laws govern the country, and leaders are subject to these laws. No one is above the law. Separation of Powers: Typically, the government is divided into branches (executive, legislative, and judicial) to prevent the concentration of power and to provide a system of checks and balances. Elected Representatives: Leaders, including the head of state, are elected by the people or their representatives rather than inheriting power. Limited Government: The powers of the government are restricted by a constitution or laws to protect individual rights and prevent tyranny. Individual Rights: Republics typically emphasize the protection of individual rights and freedoms, often enshrined in a constitution or similar document.

The US Constitution's clauses, which control state authority, take precedence over state laws. The USDOJ protects the town authority because it is an extension of the federal government. Town officials breaking the law without the presence of law enforcement exposes the US federal government's egregious double standard. What is happening to us in these difficult times is illegal because it violates our civil rights and denies us equal justice, and it is a result of the collective punishment we as a black Muslim family are receiving. Additionally, it is illegal to uproot our entire family and use extraordinary power to deny us due process. We have repeatedly called for an immediate, comprehensive, and unbiased investigation to be carried out against the state authorities in New Hampshire and also requested the UK Parliamentarian to investigate the UK Home Office's violations of human rights pursuant to the EUHR and UN Conversion legal standards and hold those accountable for their actions. Certain politicians from the Democratic Party claim to care about upholding the law, even though they openly flout to advance their political careers. The fact that certain members of the Mafia comprise the Party membership exposes their duplicity in condoning systemic abuses while pretending to uphold the state's longest-standing status quo! We are pleading with the relevant authorities to uphold the law, not just making a token request. Both the US Department of Justice and the UK Parliament must uphold the law in order to prosecute crimes in line with both US and UK constitutional law! When does deplorable legal behavior become more important than upholding our fundamental human and civil rights? Where is the "red line" that protects our family's rights and prohibits the abuse of power?

Choosing to allow political bias and emotional desires into government agency operations, the Executive Branch has faced problems enforcing the law, and the Legislative Branch cannot adequately scrutinize agencies. Let's discuss:

How possible can it be to separate law from politics ? I hear most lawyers today say am not a politician!? Well This is one of the topics I chose for my desertation research. In all honesty Law is our last hope and we should defend it at all cost. The immense political power which our Constitution have entrusted on our judiciary system is shocking and unrealistic, for our judiciary bodies to stay independent and not influenced.politics have played central major role in dealing with judiciary crises, promulgating and enacting rules of law, such as the appointments of chief justices and public protector this make it hard for our judiciary system to stay sober and independently especially where money and power is concern because you cannot separate power from money and money from power. politics have decisively influenced the direction of our social and economic changes. In recent years racial integration and legislative apportionment have left an irreparable hole in the fabric of judiciary aswell as the imbalance in our economy, the consequences of our past indifferences have affected the ongoing legitimacy of our judiciary system. It is evident that there is no law without politics and there is no politics without law and we cannot be ignorant by deceiving ourselves that the judiciary will always be free and not influenced by politics and capitalism. Politics have captured everything from what we hear on the news to what we feed our stomach. Today when you don’t read a newspaper you uninformed and when you read a newspaper you misinformed. Well growing up, we use to say money makes the world 🌎 Go around and today I live to witness it😅

written by the President himself Joe Biden: My plan to reform the Supreme Court and ensure no president is above the law https://archive.is/yCEMX First, I am calling for a constitutional amendment called the No One Is Above the Law Amendment. It would make clear that there is no immunity for crimes a former president committed while in office. I share our Founders’ belief that the president’s power is limited, not absolute. We are a nation of laws — not of kings or dictators. Second, we have had term limits for presidents for nearly 75 years. We should have the same for Supreme Court justices. The United States is the only major constitutional democracy that gives lifetime seats to its high court. Term limits would help ensure that the court’s membership changes with some regularity. That would make timing for court nominations more predictable and less arbitrary. It would reduce the chance that any single presidency radically alters the makeup of the court for generations to come. I support a system in which the president would appoint a justice every two years to spend 18 years in active service on the Supreme Court. Third, I’m calling for a binding code of conduct for the Supreme Court. This is common sense. The court’s current voluntary ethics code is weak and self-enforced. Justices should be required to disclose gifts, refrain from public political activity and recuse themselves from cases in which they or their spouses have financial or other conflicts of interest. Every other federal judge is bound by an enforceable code of conduct, and there is no reason for the Supreme Court to be exempt.

The Roberts Supreme Court Continues to Dismantle Federal Regulations of All Kinds. This decision will make unelected Judges and Justices the arbiters of every contested federal regulation, which will monumentally increase the caseloads in Federal Courts, as well as the raw power of every Federal Judge and Justice. Because Congress is not capable of drafting legislation of such specificity that Executive Agencies will no longer need to draft specific regulations to implement the legislation. #judicialbranchpowergrab https://lnkd.in/g9KVXkeP

SCOTUS Summer Judgements: A Testament to Our Constitution's Checks and Balances: 📰 Important Rulings to Note: The Supreme Court's recent summer judgments highlight the crucial role our Constitution plays in establishing and maintaining checks and balances within our government. Here are three key clauses that were brought to the forefront: 1. Due Process Clause: The Due Process Clause is enshrined in both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution: - Fifth Amendment (1791): Protects individuals from federal government actions. - Fourteenth Amendment (1868): Extends these protections to actions by state and local governments. 🔍 What It Means: Due process encompasses various legal concepts, including the right to a fair trial, the right to be heard, and protection against arbitrary government actions. 2. Equal Protection Clause: Found in the Fourteenth Amendment, the Equal Protection Clause mandates that no state shall deny any person within its jurisdiction "the equal protection of the laws." 🔍 What It Means: This clause is foundational in fighting discrimination and ensuring that all individuals receive equal treatment under the law. 3. Judicial Review Clause: This principle, although not explicitly stated in the Constitution, was established by the landmark case Marbury v. Madison (1803). It allows the judiciary to review and potentially nullify actions by the executive and legislative branches that are deemed unconstitutional. 🔍 What It Means: Judicial review is a critical mechanism for maintaining the balance of power and upholding the Constitution. Stay informed about these pivotal rulings and understand how they reinforce the structure and principles of our government. #SCOTUS #Constitution #DueProcess #EqualProtection #JudicialReview #ChecksAndBalances #RuleOfLaw #SummerJudgements #JusticePrevails
