Nicolet High School utilized Forward Space’s pilot program to get the most out of their investment. After a month of testing two trial classrooms with their students and staff, they had better knowledge of what pieces did and didn’t give them the most value. One of their discoveries managed to save them thousands of dollars! Read more about it here: https://lnkd.in/eneBdJ63 #projectcasestudy #educationdesign #pilotprogram Brady Nold Elizabeth Lewis, CMP

Forward Space is proud to have received the Milwaukee Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” award for every year we’ve been operating in Milwaukee. For an insider look, we asked some members of our Milwaukee team what their favorite thing about working at Forward Space is. Joining our team in November of 2023, our MKE New Business Development Executive, Bridget Hackbart, has already made waves within our team. Her genuine and caring personality has reflected our values to our clients and have fostered strong connections. Her favorite part of working at Forward Space: “I love being able to bring my dog to work!” (We love it when she brings her dog to work too!) #BPTW2024

Taking only 13 weeks, the Legacy.com office project is proof that you don’t need to sacrifice unique style when working with a limited timeline. Key areas including workstations, private offices, conference rooms, a cafe, and more were designed, delivered, and installed within a very limited timeframe. This was all accomplished while still meeting their bright and eclectic aesthetic. Read more about this project here: https://lnkd.in/e9UBRKxP #projectcasestudy #officedesign

We are proud to announce that our Milwaukee office has won the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award for the fifth consecutive year. In today's challenging environment, where the return to office faces increased scrutiny, we successfully continue to support a culture where employees are excited to get back into the office for collaboration, innovation, and the perks of their beautiful, riverside space. This achievement underscores our ongoing commitment to putting employees first; our MKE office has received this award every year since its inception. These consecutive wins are a testament to our dedication towards prioritizing the people-first foundations of our space, its leadership, and its ability to attract top talent. Established in 2019 to better support Wisconsin-area clients, Forward Space’s MKE office features workstations strategically placed near windows to offer sunlight and views of the Kinnickinnic River, multiple wellness corners for relaxation, and even a pet room. Emphasis on employee well-being is physically built into the design of our space. As we've grown alongside our team, Forward Space has refined benefits tailored to our team’s physical and mental well-being, including generous and equitable PTO days, flexible work schedules, an active DE&I committee, and a volunteer day off to support a charity of their choice. We owe many of our achievements in employee morale to our exceptional leadership team. One of these leaders being Tim Geier, our Director of Orders and Project Management. He leads his team with a philosophy built on trust. Reflecting on his leadership, he shared, “I entrust my team to make decisions that are both beneficial to both Forward Space and the customer, creating a win-win environment.”. Director of Design and Customer Experience Cathy Wille, NCIDQ, WRID is an integral part to both the creation of the office and it's award-winning culture. A part of our team for five years, she credits the trust and respect that the team has for one another as being her favorite part of working at Forward Space. We also celebrate Elizabeth Lewis, CMP., our MKE office’s Vice President and General Manager, for her approachable and empathetic leadership style. Elizabeth has empowered her team members to freely share their ideas and opinions, fostering an environment where innovation thrives when designing client spaces that support a healthy work culture. We look forward to seeing our MKE office continue to grow and flourish with its amazing team and excellent leadership. We are immensely proud of them for supporting a culture that has won Best Places to Work five years in a row!
