InnovaCare Health has been adding new positions, which is great news, right? Not so fast. Many job seekers are finding themselves frustrated as they apply but never get a call back. What’s more, some Innovacare recruiters are even admitting that the job application platform isn’t working properly, and that they often prioritize candidates who are referred by management. To make matters worse, applicants receive initial contact through job seeker platforms, only to be met with silence afterwards(happen to me twice this past month) This lack of follow-through leaves many questioning the integrity and effectiveness of the hiring process. **It’s time to raise the bar in Florida’s healthcare recruitment.
