The POE-C5311 features the Sony Pregius IMX542 Global Shutter CMOS image sensor with a native resolution of 5328 x 3040 in a 1.1” optical format delivering up to 7.4 frames per second with GigE Vision® Power over Ethernet (PoE) output. The VD55H1 is the newest member of the Flightsense family, providing 3D color imaging using an RGB-Z fusion camera that combines the ST VD55H1 0.5Mpx iToF sensor with an RGB camera. This low-noise, low-power sensor has a resolution of 672 x 804 pixels (0.54 Mpix) and utilizes back-illuminated stacked wafer technology. RGBZ Fusion Camera RGB-Z Fusion Camera With its 940 nm illumination system, it generates high-definition depth maps with a typical ranging distance of up to 5 meters, which can be extended to more than 5 meters with patterned illumination. The sensor operates at 200 MHz modulation with over 85% demodulation contrast and twice the depth accuracy of typical 100 MHz modulation sensors. It supports multi-frequency operation for long-range ranging and has a low-power 4.6 µm pixel, resulting in average sensor power consumption as low as 80 mW. The VD55H1 outputs 12-bit RAW digital video data over the MIPI CSI-2 interface, supporting frame rates up to 60 fps at full resolution and 120 fps at 2×2 analog combined.
