𝗥𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 - 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴....𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆! Recently I had the opportunity to talk about the impact of the EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation #ppwr, invited by MVO Nederland - Chemical section, more specifically about the mandatory packaging reuse targets (a.o. for FIBC's) per 2030. It challenges not only my company WorldBag as FIBC reuse service provider, but is going the be a change for all stakeholders in the value chain: 1. 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀: have to involve their operations and sales 2. 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀: need to get used to packaging which is not brand new, but reconditioned, still 100% functional and safe 3. 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘀: need to discuss with their customers how to deal with the packaging after it has been used 4. 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳: have to handle packaging in such a way that it can be buffered, efficiently transported and reconditioned - which is not throwing it in the waste container #reuseablepackaging #reuse #FIBC #mvonederland
