11. As professionals, we often hear the phrase "no one is replaceable." However, this statement goes beyond just recognizing the value of each team member. It is about acknowledging the investment, knowledge, and time that each person brings to the table. It's important to remember that replacing someone can have a ripple effect, leading to increased workloads and added pressure on other team members. So, let's make a conscious effort to appreciate and invest in our colleagues. Together, we can build a stronger and more successful team.

WE MAKE SENSE! This the slogan developed by the team during the Vision/Mission session in our 1st offsite team event of the new Sensor Signal Conditioning Product Line. 2.5 days all together where we had intense and fruitful discussions. Team members coming from Korea, China, US, Bulgaria, Germany bringing different points of view and to lay the foundation of our new journey. „FROM GOOD TO GREAT“ has been the overarching framework of our event. 4 pillars have been highlighted: set direction, team identity, strive for excellence, have joy. Let's now work together to transform in actions what we have discussed and agreed. Let's make it happen. What a great team! You are my fuel. “Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.” (Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team)

Building a strong team requires everyone needs to know where we're headed, how we'll get there, and the part they will play. Keeping a strong team requires identifying the individuals not committed to the process and replacing them with people who are. Image: 🤖📸🔧: AI-made image w/ human-edits

Boss is always right!! Rule No.1 The boss is always right Rule No. 2 If the boss is wrong, see rule no.1 The fact is eventually you will also become a boss one day and your subordinates will think and treat you the same way like we did with our boss. Better to change the entire concept and try and learn every single day which would help you to grow in our/your Career.

Team bonding and trust are crucial elements for any team to achieve outstanding results. Without these two factors, it's challenging to create a cohesive and productive team. When team members have a strong bond, they can communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts efficiently, and work towards a common goal. Trust, on the other hand, creates an environment where team members feel safe to express their opinions and ideas, leading to better decision-making and innovation.

Every 3 months we gather the whole team in the rave cave (converted underground former bank vault). But why? It’s not just for free food and drinks (though there is that) it’s a chance to take a step out of the day-to-day and recognise achievements, share amazing work folks may not have seen and throw a spotlight on team members doing well. Last time we even gave away a holiday. These ‘All-Hands’ sessions are an integral part of our culture and allow us to acknowledge progress and underline good news. Top line numbers matter to the health of the business but these are not in focus here. What matters is the part each person plays wherever they are in the hierarchy. Small personal goals level up to key team and business objectives and we all win, together.
