Client: LexisNexis Risk Solutions Duration: 6 months (will likely extend beyond) Location: Remote (CST or EST) (Try to avoid PST but it is okay & they will need to work EST/CST hours) Hours: The hours will range between 20-40 with some weeks being 50-60+. Should target someone looking for this type of situation and not someone who is "okay with it". Role is a true "consultant" by nature. Top Skills (Must-Haves): Bridger Knowledge: Preferred if candidates know Bridger well. We should first & foremost solely focus on Bridger. Familiar with basic Bridger configurations, screening platforms (internal/external), and case management from a compliance perspective. Understanding of process flows, matching alerts, and managing cases using data points like name, address, and tax ID number. Even basic experience or exposure is fine. Okay with screening system similar to Bridger. (NICE Actimize AML Software is one example). How alerts are derived, case management perspective, functions, tuning, what questions need asked about platform and how those relate to client needs. If they have done stuff like that in past on different platforms it should transfer over. Data Quality Assessment Experience with Data Quality Assessments - garbage in garbage out before you load data into Bridger. Power BI: Creating visualizations, analyzing workflows, and testing/tuning models. System Configurations/Model Testing & Tuning: Experience with Sanction Screening optimization tools. Experience configuring Bridger and other compliance systems. Understanding of default settings, tuning, testing, and validating threshold settings. Proficient in extracting queries for data analysis, combining outputs in tools like Power BI. Create model tests (sometimes execute tests) Comfortable with the AML/compliance industry and dynamic environments: Including managing workflows, setting up alerts, and handling screening platforms. Nice-to-Haves: Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) If they are Bilingual that would be a HUGE plus. Spanish is preferred. Portuguese is a bonus due to Latin America office operations. Bilingual capability improves adaptability to the role.
