Q: What are the most innovative approaches in the nonprofit industry? A: By being the change they hope to embody daily. Connection to community, purpose, and progress must remain on the forefront not only of the nonprofit; but the people at its foundation. Remaining rooted to the mission at hand leaves for no other option but innovation. You must be able to be present while planning for the future, and smart enough to know when to pivot.
