Consistent texture and 28-day strengths as low as 2MPa — our #underbasegrouts seamlessly blend with the #underwater environment. #Precision is our strategy! Dividing the structure's underside into compartments, each undergoes individual grouting for thorough void filling. Vent lines provide a visual cue to help us fill every nook and cranny. https://lnkd.in/dJvSGRG8

We measure how much sand and dirt our mats can capture! Quality differences between walk-off entrance mats are difficult to see. Nevertheless, at Rinos we know exactly how much sand and dirt each type of mat captures. Sand and dirt that would otherwise have entered the building. How do we know this? By testing mat performance! One of the most important criteria is the degree of sand absorption. In principle, an entrance mat that is cleaned regularly can scrape off as much as two kilos of sand per square metre, before the mat is completely saturated (coir mats up to 6 kilos). We divide sand absorption scores into 3 performance categories. The best performance? 90% or more of that amount can be scraped off! https://lnkd.in/eqQ8Fv6n Follow us now and stay informed! #rinos #supportingtheperfectentrance #sandabsorption #entrancematting #performance

Friday Forest Fact! Ever wonder how to tell the difference between firs and pines out in the forest? Look at their branches! 🌲 Pine needles are usually longer and grow in bundles, also called fascicles. They are flexible and often have a more slender appearance. Fir needles are typically shorter and grow individually from branches. They are often flat and have a more stiff, needle-like texture. Also, pine cones have a more elongated shape and may remain on the tree for several years before falling. They generally point downward on the tree. Meanwhile, fir cones usually stand upright on the branches, with a more cylindrical shape.

Cross-hatching (ea, operating the grinder in a North to South then East to West grid pattern) is always recommended when changing grits and performing more than one pass per grit. Cross-hatching provides more consistent refinement across the surface and helps avoid visible lines in the floor, sometimes called “cornrows". In addition to cross-hatching, using a diagonal pattern to create a third cutting angle can improve the refinement process. #Scanmaskin #surfaceprep #FloorPreparation #ConcreteGrinding #ConcretePolishing #ConcreteRefinement #GrindingTips #SurfaceRefinement #grinder #concrete

https://ow.ly/OlMW50TrOxi Before applying HyperTone Stains on maple, proper preparation is essential. Sand the floor, clean it thoroughly, and consider water-popping to open the wood’s pores for improved stain absorption. #woodfloor #prep #stains
