But attending the Formula One Albert Park Melbourne was an experience like no other. The level of coordination and attention to detail that goes into creating such a breathtaking event is simply mind-blowing! 🤯 From the moment I stepped foot into the venue, I found myself constantly marveling at the sheer magnitude of the operation. Every aspect, from the track layout to the hospitality areas, were meticulously planned and executed. It truly showcased the genius behind project management coordination. It’s a new gear, a new road, and a new path forward for more than 15,000 employees who embody the legacy and future of International. It’s more than a logo—it’s about embracing change, innovation, and the journey ahead. The trust, care, and relentless effort put into this launch are a reflection of the integrity that has sustained this company for nearly two centuries. It’s been a privilege to work on this project as an Instructional Designer, creating a Learning & Development plan that will empower our workforce and set the foundation for decades to come. As we gear up to roll out the training initiatives, I’m incredibly excited to see the impact this will have—not just today, but for the next 100 years and beyond.
