If your website struggles on mobile, you may see a significant drop in traffic after July 5. According to Google's recent statement: "If your site's content is not accessible at all with a mobile device, it will no longer be indexable." This would cut off a major traffic driver for most websites. Google's mobile-first indexing has been rolling out since 2016 but now the hammer is finally going to drop on ALL websites moving forward. For most modern websites, this should not be a problem. But if your organization hasn't prioritized mobile optimization in the past, it should now be a top priority. #seo #mobileweb #googleindex

#SEONews Google has confirmed they will no longer be indexing websites not accessible from mobiles from 5 July 2024 ❌ They confirmed the news via the Google Search Central Blog, giving businesses a bit of a heads up. However, they did mention it should not impact most websites, but as we in the SEO community know, that's not entirely true 😮 If your website is not easy to access and use from mobile device, then you likely will find it hard to climb the rankings, especially against your mobile-optimised competitors. 👉 The timing couldn't be more perfect as the $20k Instant Asset Write-Off has been extended, allowing businesses to immediately write-off a new website build up to $20,000 (if you're eligible). If you're after a quote, we're here to help. #GoogleNews #SEOTips #WebsiteTips #WebsiteAgency
