Bancroft Market Report - March 20,2024 The Bancroft Real Estate Market was recently reported to have achieved a gain that is 17x the national average. This report is based on a market bottom in January contrasted with a strong emerging spring market, this value can be deceiving because of the number of sales (units) used in the analysis. We are anticipating a strong market with a lot of new listings on the market by June of 2024. We expect we will see a balanced market with multiple offers on budget friendly land offerings and entry level homes. Cottages in the $500-600k range are also in high demand.
