9moIt is unfortunately so very obvious when these techniques are not applied, as it means a worse current state for people, business and technology (let alone customers that are to be served) and it often equates to inability to achieve higher value aspirational outcomes for transfromation too. Without engaging people in the change, its nearly impossible to have a successful change implementation.
