A VISION goes beyond what you see.
Jesseca Harris-Dupart, founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products, shared an inspiring video showcasing her journey from owning a single hair salon to owning the entire business plaza where she launched her beauty empire. Starting in 2013 with one salon, Harris-Dupart now leases out multiple businesses in "The Miracle Plaza," which she owns. She hopes her story demonstrates that "anything is possible" when driven by faith and determination. https://lnkd.in/gE2yc6TJ

You have no clients because, Of how you present yourself, (Read if you're struggling to get clients) I recently wanted to do my hair as quickly as possible, So I couldn't go to my usual hair stylists, So I opted to the nearby salons. Most of the salon's around my home were closed , But there was one that was open, So I approached them, And let me tell you, It was a turn off, It was dirty, unkempt and had no life in it. Everything in that place was screaming disaster, I literally had to lie to them that am coming back, But deep down I was telling myself (nijikute)never should I ever find myself in that place. I went a few steps and found another better salon, The appearances was appealing, Beautiful bright pink colour, blended with purple on their walls. The place was clean and quite environment. The services were amazing, From the washing of hair to braiding, And guess what, The fee was the same at the fast place I had approached. What am I trying to say? The way you show up here online and offline is crucial, How you free, how you talk and the content you post is speaking for you. And in brand building you need to be very crucial , They say don't judge a book by it's cover, But people will judge 😂😂😂, Do put an effort in how you present yourself, This way you will attract clients on LinkedIn and other platforms. At times you may be good at something but how you portray yourself, Can be a turn off, Put some effort in looking good. It's going to pay off with time. #Virtualassistantkenya #personalbranding #virtualassistanservices #Alxprogram

Two years ago, I made a bold decision to embrace the natural color of my hair. At 37, I let my white hair shine through, creating a distinctive salt-and-pepper look, reminiscent of my grandma's. It wasn't just a change in appearance; it marked a pivotal moment where I infused more color into my life than ever before. Why? Because I became my own brand. The uniqueness in my appearance, the distinct style, and the mature aura I had—all came together in a blend that asked me to step off the marked path and redefine what it meant to be fashionable. In the world of branding, many companies fall into the trap of imitating their competitors, fearing they might lose the game. However, here's the real story: if you don't discover and showcase your true colors, people will lose interest, Unfollow. In seconds. Being different is not a drawback; it's a strength. Be a storyteller, a magician of your own narrative. Step out of the confines of imitation, explore the city, and share what's alive now. Your audience craves authenticity, not fabricated tales or irrelevant facts—no one gives a s***. While your audience may be smaller, it will be far more precise. Forge a personal connection, a bridge between your product and your ideal client. Be brave. Ask yourself, "How can I be more 'me' and less 'them'?" In a sea of brand clones, authenticity isn't a trend, it's a savage power move. Dare to be original, and let your brand's story be the wildfire that blazes its own trail. In a world where everyone's playing it safe, being genuinely unique isn't just a choice—it's a bold rebellion. The spotlight? Reserved for those who refuse to be a sheep, much like the day I let my hair scream individuality louder than society's dull symphony. 💄🔥 ****I started writing about marketing few months ago, it's time to become public. #BrandRevolution #AuthenticityOnFire #BreakTheMold
