This work was very important to me, I did it a some time ago with a partnership of Pawel Margacz, he liked some of my work and invite me to do some VFX Packs together with him I learned a lot of optimization techniques and a lot about VFX in general. Hi LinkedIn Members, It is disheartening to see our hard work as VFX artists go unrecognized due to internal politics within the organization. The credit list on the big screen may seem like a small detail, but for us, it is a symbol of acknowledgment and validation for the countless hours of effort and creativity we put into our projects. It is demoralizing to see our names left out or overshadowed by others who may not have put in the same level of effort or skill. It is even more frustrating when we question our superiors about the lack of credits, only to be met with vague excuses and lame reasons and backing them. We understand that internal politics can sometimes cloud judgment and decision-making. However, denying us the recognition we deserve only serves to undermine our morale and motivation. We deserve to have our names shown on the big screen, to be acknowledged for our talent and hard work. I urge the management to address these issues forthcoming days and ensure that credit is given where credit is due. As VFX artists, we strive for excellence in our work and we deserve to be recognized for our contributions. #VFXIndustry #VFXartist #CreditList #Kalki2898AD
