As our Autumn 2023 cohort nears the end of their 12-week journey, I have been reflecting on the recurrent nature of certain themes that have arisen again and again in the experiences of Labyrxnth participants. One such theme is the existence of a dialectical tension between the head and the heart, or between intellect and intuition or felt sense. Heading into 2024, I have a personal goal to be more mindful of noticing this theme as it appears in my own life. Khalil Gibran says, "When you reach the end of what you should know, you will be at the beginning of what you should sense." Intellectual knowledge and "shoulds" only get us so far; felt sense can provide us with the instinctual, embodied knowledge necessary for deep and authentic self-exploration. Labyrxnth still has space for a few participants in the upcoming Winter 2024 cohort. If you are interested in exploring the interplay between your own head and heart, or if you have other themes you'd like to delve into this winter, schedule a chat with founder and CEO Christina Ducruet Ross through the link below. As a bonus, you'll receive a discount for signing up before January 1!

Blinding, in research, refers to a practice where study participants are prevented from knowing certain information that may somehow influence them—thereby tainting the results. Here's another video showcasing Eolas' capability for full end to end management of a blinded research study- When comparing different brands, blinding ensures that the comparison is fair and based on the actual attributes of the products rather than preconceived notions. https://lnkd.in/eSQBWYnd #EolasInternational #EolasCapabilities #EndtoEnd

Every Smart Founder's Secret Weapon ⚡️ | Outsourced COO 🙋🏻♀️ | Operations & Process Geek 🤓 | Wellness Junky 🥑
I know how to get sh*t done. 💪 And yes, that has helped me build a successful consulting business at STRUC and be self-employed for 10 years. #getSTRUC Yes, I love doing biz ops for venture-backed startups. Yes, I love designing processes and systems. Yes, I love creating frameworks and tools for growth. Yes, I love existing in my masculine energy/Type A/Business Dom identity. Yes, I love being the ‘planner’ and social chair of my crew. And yet… WHERE IS THE PLAY? Where is the weird, the unplanned, the spontaneous? If you know me personally, you know I love adventures, travel, novel experiences and live a far from mundane life. BUT I recently felt myself called to *really* explore what is next, and how I am embodying this next chapter of career & personal growth… I decided to book an intro session with Christina Ducruet Ross from Labyrxnth and it was a GAME CHANGER. It was EXACTLY what I needed and we explored topics like: 🌟 The challenge of reconciling my inner, more whimsical and playful state with the practical realities and obligations I still have to attend to. 🌟 My desire to cultivate a more easeful, self-compassionate relationship with myself, rather than the driven, achievement-oriented approach I’ve often taken. 🌟 Relocating to Berlin and the fear of taking away this special place— what if life becomes mundane and boring and painful? And if this becomes my 'real world', then am I taking away the things that bring me joy? 🌟 That growth and evolution is not about changing my identity, but about becoming more authentically ME. 🌟 A shift into a mode that's kinder to myself, where play and whimsy are the reality, NOT the escape. Read on below to learn more about Labyrxnth, a holistic model for personal development through sacred transitions of identity, purpose and meaning. I HIGHLY recommend booking an intro call with her, and see what you discover. I’m curious in the comments— what personal development tools do you love that support you in being the best person you can be?

When you begin getting into the scenario management functionality of #Vissim and #Viswalk you will quickly stumble over the notion of a "Modification" and possibly not bother a lot with it, as it sounds self-explaining. However, you may have a slightly or even largely wrong idea about the nature of Modifications. Check out this post.
#TechWeek Part 1 Get ready for part 1 of our scenario management summer series! In PTV Vissim, it's all about the precise nature of modifications. Tobias Kretz explains the concept and the role and function of modifications from which scenarios are being built in the new blog post: https://lnkd.in/eF-Tcka6 #MobilityforHumanity
