When you are a contract manager or a lawyer, how important is the job title when moving to a new role ❓ Whether is a candidate or a client, this is a matter that often creates discrepancies during the hiring process 😫 I've had many lawyers or contract managers telling me that they wouldn't move unless they obtained a specific title, others who were not interested at all if the package and opportunity were good enough 💸 Also, it happened that clients had a specific job title in mind for a role without having considered in depth the candidates' experiences and background.
