NEW RECIPE... {BBQ whole sea bass} 1 whole sea bass - Skin on Olive oil (good quality) Sea salt & Pepper 2 garlic cloves - crushed A few springs of rosemary 1 Lemon STEP 1 Heat up the BBQ (wait until coals have turned white and ashy) or Grill STEP 2 Slice open the Sea bass and put in the crushed garlic cloves and sprigs of rosemary. STEP 3 Coat the Sea bass in olive oil, salt and pepper. STEP 4 Place on the grill of BBQ and cook for 6 minutes on each side (Fish will be done when skin is crispy and golden and the flesh is flaky and opaque) STEP 5 Mix some olive oil with half the lemon and some salt & pepper STEP 6 Place the fish on a serving platter and pour over the lemony olive oil. Spicy Barbecue Firecracker Shrimp! Thank you JP from Wermers for the great recipe! Contact your Account Manager to get your hands on a bottle! Ingredients: 2-tablespoons Go-Staff hot date barbecue sauce 1-lbs raw, shelled, deveined and cleaned jumbo shrimp 1 each red, orange, yellow bell pepper 2 good handfuls of string beans 1/2 onion 4 cloves fresh minced garlic As a spicy as you like it with crush red pepper flakes, salt and pepper Sesame oil. Sesame seeds for garnish Cooking instructions: 1.Chop all veggies into bite-size pieces 2. Get the wok hot 3. Put in sesame oil and sauté all veggies together for about 10 minutes until tender. 4. Put in garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper 5. Put in shrimp and cook until done. 6. Put in barbecue sauce & cook for about two more minutes 7. Garnish with sesame seeds. 8. Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy.

Whip up this #GrainFieldChickens Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry for a quick, tasty and healthy dinner 😍 You will need: * 2x Grain Field Chickens Chicken breasts, sliced into strips * Bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas * Garlic and ginger (minced) * Low-sodium soy sauce or tamari * Olive oil or sesame oil for cooking Method: 1. In a hot pan, cook chicken strips with a little oil until browned. Remove and set aside. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the same pan, then toss in vegetables and stir-fry until tender. 3. Add chicken back in and pour in a small amount of soy sauce or tamari for seasoning. 4. Serve hot over brown rice or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option. It happens even to us, so we always have easy solutions on hand for a backup. 1 pack Ramen (your choice on type, this was a beef ramen) 1 egg 1 Tbs Scallion ½ cup Frozen Mixed Veggies 3 oz Sliced Pork -Follow the ramen instructions. -Add in the veggies when you add in the noodles and seasoning. -When noodles have begun to separate and soften, add in the egg and remove from heat.
