We're all set for Day 15 of our 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫! 📆 What do you do when you just can’t seem to break into the world of employment as a young adult? That’s what the HATCH Project is for. This Albion initiative helps people gain valuable first-hand experience in real-life working environments, build impressive CVs, and learn important lessons around etiquette in the workplace. Participants will take on a four-week paid work placement with one of our partners, with a guaranteed interview at the end. Jordy has just finished his placement at the Albion storage warehouse, where he was responsible for stocktaking.
