While I was Sales&Product Director at Bombardier, our main customer was requesting that the Sales head leads the delivery project once the contract is won. And contract values were up to BEUR... This was eliminating the risk that the project head later says, yes but those sales guys are not aware enough of... ✨ We found it so great, that we kept this approach at exceedium. The Partner or Associate you have in front of you when discussing an opportunity, will be the one leading your project. Like that you avoid the pitfall of having an experienced partner looking over your project once a month, and juniors are doing 99% of the job while learning from your teams :) P.S.
