🚀 **What Truly Drives Team Performance? Let's Uncover It Together!** 🚀 We all know that a great team doesn't just happen—it’s built with intention, strategy, and the right tools. After 20 years of research and practical application by EBW Certified Partners across the globe, the EBWt Team Toolkit focuses on six key drivers that can make or break team performance: 1️⃣ **Clarity around team vision**: How do you ensure everyone is aligned? 2️⃣ **Trust within the team**: What steps are you taking to build it? 3️⃣ **Team identity and accountability**: How do you foster a strong sense of ownership? 4️⃣ **Commitment to goals**: How do you keep the team focused and motivated? 5️⃣ **Effective communication**: What strategies are you using to keep communication clear? 6️⃣ **Collaboration**: How do you create a culture where working together is seamless? Whether you're familiar with the EBW Team Toolkit or not, these drivers are universal. But we want to hear from you What’s been your biggest challenge with these team drivers? Visionary (CEO) at EOS Worldwide | Empowering Businesses with the Entrepreneurial Operating System | Author of People: Dare to Build an Intentional Culture
RPRS, better known as "Right Person, Right Seat," is a key concept in the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. It ensures that each team member aligns with your company's Core Values (Right Person) and excels in their specific role (Right Seat). This alignment is achieved using tools like the People Analyzer™ and Accountability Chart™, which assess cultural fit and role capability, respectively. With the Right People in the Right Seats, you ensure that everyone in your organization is not only a cultural fit but also positioned where they can perform best. This leads to higher productivity, better team cohesion, and more effective execution of your business plan. Ultimately, having the right people in the right seats drives operational efficiency and profitability, helping your business grow sustainably.

Oyster Week Update I shared Monday that Oyster Organizational Development tags along with National Oyster Day because our name makes it hard not to. We turned it into "Oyster Week" and C-levels have through tomorrow to test their knowledge on appropriate pay for any one position (including their own). Email info@Oysterod.com if you are interested. Meanwhile, thanks to the team at Main Event Caterers. We spent Tuesday with them doing a deep dive into strategic planning using the EOS/Traction model. Traction can drive quick and meaningful results. You may want to check out the book by Gino Hickman -- a classic, and still highly relevant. Today we're at REF Global sharing with CEOs about short-term incentive plan design for high performing teams. Then we're heading to The Council for Professional Recognition next week for team development using DISC. Just some evidence of how small and mid-size organizations can use the same tools the big ones do to increase success. #compensation #traction #EOS #incentivedesign #DISC

All ways are leading to a new era of management that focus on organizational culture management that are based on values and beliefs instead of the traditional approaches that consider the policies, procedures and hierarchies. Tom Peters (2001) later called it "soft stuff that determines what really gets accomplished and how well it gets done. It turned out to be a revolutionary message." [King, Daniel/Lawley, Scott. Organizational Behaviour] Table on the photo shows the difference between the 2 ways of culture management.
