- The universe belongs to its Creator - Distribution of the Universe and Identification of each inhabitant of the Earth. * The land is limited in area and especially inland - in its flat part. * This land is inhabited by people in an organized geographical system such as Nation, State, Region, House, family and family members. * This entire system in some parts of the Earth is subject to territorial claims, and as a result, wars. In other parts there is a final definition of boundaries and everything is calmed down. * Since the territory and resources on Earth are limited, and in order to calm this System, the concept of DEMOCRACY was introduced, in other words, fair distribution of resources within the State and in some interstate agreements. * It is proposed to divide the entire Universe in a similar way to the Division of the Earth’s surface and give each inhabitant of the Earth his own STAR forever, along with his surroundings and its planets. *Enter the Catalog of Such Distribution into a secure Block Chain, on a reliable medium. This will be the History of the Pedigree of every inhabitant of the Earth and subsequent descendants and their generations. Thus, territorial disputes between the inhabitants of the Earth are resolved.

Are we ready for space colonization from a legal perspective? In my book chapter entitled 'Challenges of the Legal Protection of Peace, Passage and Profit on Space Colonies' I discuss the applicability of the existing international legal framework on future space colonies. I focus on three main issues: what is permitted to defend a space facility, the protection of economic activity, and transport safety. The comprehensive volume entitled 'COLONY 01 - Challenges of Establishing Permanent Human Presence on Other Planets' edited by András Edl, has been published by Ludovika University Press and can be freely downloaded after registration on the university's website: https://lnkd.in/e6hi3XA2

On the cascadia subduction zone… The word “Cascadia” is derived from the term “cascade,” which refers to a series of steep, small waterfalls, often found in a mountainous region. The term “cascade” itself comes from the Italian word cascata, meaning “waterfall,” which is derived from cascare, meaning “to fall.” In the context of the Pacific Northwest, “Cascadia” specifically refers to the Cascade Range, a major mountain range that runs through the region. The name reflects the many waterfalls and mountainous landscapes that characterize the area. Over time, “Cascadia” has come to represent not just the physical geography but also the broader cultural, environmental, and political aspects of the region. I often use the term cascade effects to illustrate the interconnected impacts of various natural and man made events in complex systems. Othniel Max Daves

Just for fun! ;) ___ Facts and Questions: 1. 1570 map purportedly of 'Constantinople' v. 1900s Vegetation Map of North America. 2. 1570 is during life of Dr. John Dee, a Welsh advisor to QE1 and acknowledged inspiration by Ian Fleming for '007' (based upon how Dr. Dee signed his name on messages to QE1). 3. Dr. John Dee called North America 'Atlantes'. 4. While I have no idea 'why' North America called 'Atlantes', what if Dr. Dee possessed maps of a region he believed to have sunk? If so, such maps could be of the region he called 'Atlantes' and to the extent his behavior inspired a 'spy novel' might connect to 'deceptively labeled' maps. 5. If so, what 'if' the shape of where the sea is depicted to be on 1570 published map includes the location for 'salt mines' (thousands of feet below the Great Lakes) on a continent the predecessor to NOAA concluded to have sunk thousands of feet to the S/SE due to loss of glacial weight due to melting on North half of continent (within last 13k years)? As always, just questions. All I have is questions, which is for me fortunate since to me the best answer to any question is simply a 'better question'! ;)
