What have we learned or what did we already know deep inside that has been confirmed? 1. Team/ hard factors/ "the science": coordination, organization and communication matter. Who does what, when and how? Through good coordination we prevent doing simple tasks twice. Complex ones should be discussed as a team first and the best person should be assigned 2. Team/ soft factors/ "the art": Trust, fun and a fear-free environment. Once the goal is crystal clear ("find the clues and solve the riddle"), we can rely on each other. We must listen to and respect each other's individuality as strength of the team and motivation to learn 3. Leadership and hierarchies: flat hierarchies are the way to go. Bottom up. "The field is right". As the boss, I do not have to know or understand everything. Informal leaders rose in the room and the team, not me, managed the tasks successfully through the above, through trial and error, creativity and curiosity Well done, Apollo crew!
