My personal style of work safety: judge people by nothing else than their performance. Personally, I do not care about your gender, your age, your background l, country of origin or anything else. I only care about if we can work together, and if you help achieve great results. If you do, you are a winner in my book. If you do not, you are not (yet). I have noticed that this creates a safe workspace in which attention to details and focus on the work and healthy passionate discussion around quality are likely. Should we all use this standard instead of artificially trying to create one? What do you think?
