Anjana Rajesh '25 and Nikita Palicha '25, along with Director of Curriculum and Assessment Chris Barnes, took part in The Villars Institute Symposium in Switzerland, where they immersed themselves in the cutting-edge fields of Systems Thinking and Systems Leadership. While the saying goes that “a season in sports is a marathon, not a sprint,” the Franklin Tigers Track and Field Team lept, heaved, and sprinted through an action-packed Spring Season. As they maintained this kinetic pace, many of our Tigers also reached new heights as athletes and achieved personal records — all while competing against a gauntlet of track and field athletes from around New Jersey. This past April, Franklin School became two-time champions at the #DwightSchoolsGlobalSparkathon! This year's winning team, "Zdelse", was comprised of Julia Andersen '27, Rachel Bentzianov '27, and Keren Bentzianov '27, who spent their 48 hours in Franklin School's Fab Lab designing a heart monitor prototype, developing an integrated health app for the monitor, and collaborating with fellow students from around the world. Congratulations to "Zdelse" and all of this year's Sparkathon participants!
