This strategic foresight prevailed as the property achieved a remarkable sale at $985,000, signaling a potential equity loss to the sellers ranging from $140,000 to $185,000. By accepting an offering price of $985,000, we ultimately secured a record sale in Capitol Hill's submarket at a price per square foot of $642.95. Notably, the building's total square footage was 1,532 SF.
