How true is this? Truly devoting time to learn about how sleep, nutrition & exercise impacts your body is going to be your wakeup call. It is not something to achieve, its not a destination, its a life long process, a way of life. And its a very slow journey, learning, unlearning and the most difficult part- implementing. From fighting years of innertia, cravings, mental health issues, fear of judgement and to convincing yourself that the time spent on health is worth its while. From realising that sustaining a healthy body and a healthy mind is worth spending some less time at work, even if it means slower promotions. Different bodies & minds work differently, and hence that 14 hour work-day which is perfect for your colleague, might be slowly killing you. Thanks to Simran Pasricha for always guiding the path for a healthier lifestyle, and leading by example.
