According to the National Safety Council, August and September are among the deadliest months on the road. Therefore, it's essential to be mindful of the increased risks drivers face during this time of year. Many schools, non-profit organizations, and fleet operators have their drivers returning after summer break. It's imperative that these employees receive updated safe driver training before hitting the roads again. Staying up-to-date with your driving standards will not only help them maintain the safety of those in their care, but also contribute to the safety of other drivers on the road. Let's work together to ensure a safe driving environment for everyone. If you need help evaluating your safe driver training, don't hesitate to contact Fred C. Church Risk Consultants today. #safedriving #driversafety #riskmanagement #fredcchurchinsurance

Road Safety Week is coordinated annually by Brake and involves hundreds of schools, organisations and communities each year. Brake is a road safety charity that works to prevent road death and injury, make streets and communities safer, and supports the victims of road crashes. The theme of Road Safety Week 2024 is "Be a road safety hero", recognising everyone who helps to make our roads safer and support people after a crash, and explaining how we can all play a part in making journeys safer for everyone. No doubt our drivers play the biggest part in helping to keep our roads safer, while sometimes being the first on the scene of an accident or coming to the aid of a fellow motorist in need. #RoadSafetyWeek2024 #Transport #Logistics

In the non-profit sector, mastering the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) approach is essential for achieving mission-related outcomes. Organizations that excel in understanding and implementing MEAL are more likely to make significant progress toward their goals. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of leading another great training session with the Manitese team. A special shoutout to Charlotte Puget for your passion! #evaluationcapacitybuilding
