The workplace preferences study is highly important as it aims to understand the needs and preferences of respiratory therapy students, recent graduates, and early professionals. This understanding can guide RT leaders in creating environments that support the growth and satisfaction of those entering the field.
Hello, My name is Nicolas Garcia Rincon, and I am a 2nd year graduate student in the Respiratory Care program at Rush University. I am currently working on this project as part of my graduation requirement. If you are a senior RT student or a recent graduate, we kindly ask you to take our survey. Additionally, if you are an educator, member, or department leader, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share the survey with them. I appreciate your support!
