In a post-pandemic world, where and how we work has drastically changed. A study found that employees working a hybrid schedule experienced 33% lower turnover rates and higher job satisfaction compared to their in-office counterparts. This shift to hybrid work did not impact productivity; in fact, it increased by over 1%. Additionally, 93% of participants reported using their time more efficiently, and over 75% saw improvements in their overall well-being.
