Struggling with your fashion brand's growth? You're not alone! Many fashion brands face issues that hinder their progress, but the good news is - all can be fixed with simple solutions. 1️⃣ INVENTORY ISSUES: We often see brands with many different SKUs but scarce inventory. This makes scaling and ad running challenging. Our advice? Focus on fewer SKUs and order more volume from them. 2️⃣ UNFOCUSED ADVERTISING: Brands often advertise a little bit of everything which leads to ineffective ad campaigns. Our strategy? Have evergreen main ad campaigns focusing on best-selling items and add one-off campaigns to introduce new collections. 3️⃣ LACK OF UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION: Most brands don't have a unique element to differentiate them from others. To fix this, create a brand around your products. Niche down and bring something unique to the table, whether it's a specific type of fabric or accessories.
