Working in an office can often be quite sedentary, so we introduced a fun way to get everyone up and moving! Recently, the office took part in a week-long steps competition, and here are the top results: 🥇 Alex - 164,674 steps 🥈 Stephen - 96,514 steps 🥉 Yaz - 71,720 steps Walking isn't just great for staying active - it also boosts mood, improves focus, and helps break up the day.
