For example: #1 The late-comer/early-leaver may view this meeting as a lower priority on their task list, which may indicate that they are overwhelmed in their workload. #2 The repeater may be accustomed to not being heard or validated when providing their feedback. #3 The doubter may be hesitant to the big changes coming through the organization. #4 The headshaker may be skeptical that new changes will make a big difference in the overall organization. Once we undercover the "why", then we can tailor our strategies to better engage with these stakeholders in the future. #meetings
