Early Voting, also known as in-person, no-excuse absentee voting in Missouri, starts today through November 4. Because of the length of the ballot this year in certain areas, election officials are encouraging folks to take advantage of this period to avoid potential long lines on Election Day. Here’s what you need to know: 1️⃣ Locations for in-person absentee voting may be different than where you normally would vote on Election Day, so check with your local election authority. 2️⃣ You must bring a government-issued photo ID that is either valid or has expired since the last federal election in November 2022. You can also view our entire voting resource guide on our website that has links to find your local election authority and tells you what you can expect when you cast your vote: https://lnkd.in/gjKUNPpT

Early voting effectively lengthens Election Day (Tue, Nov 5, 2024!) – it could be for a few days or even weeks. It allows you to plan and schedule voting on your calendar. It can even help reduce stress when Election Day is not the most convenient for you. Take a look at your options! For example, Mississippi early voting started Monday, September 23, and continues through Saturday, November 2. Learn more about which forms of early voting are provided by your state and the direct link to view your options to vote early or in person absentee in the next federal or state-level election in your state. https://lnkd.in/di6yA_3 #Vote
