So the exploratory package is a service offering which is a joint project between Three Hour and myself and it is for organizations looking to become more attractive employers for Gen. Z. So if a client takes on the exploratory package, what would they expect? The exploratory package has four parts to it. The first part is that all the clients get a full version of the Gen. Z Workplace Trends report which was conducted. By three hour. The second part is where we go in and have a pre workshop advisory session and this is where I learn a little bit more about the organization, a little bit more about their challenges with attraction and retention. The third part is a three 3.5 hour workshop and this could be either with the leadership team or with the marketing team and the HR team or business leaders. And in this workshop we. Really take the data from the report and unpick what it means for this particular organization. We understand what the purpose of the organization is and all together brainstorm on tangible actions that can take the organization forward in becoming a more attractive employer. The 4th part and final part is where we combine all of this with employer branding best practices and we compile a presentation that is delivered. Who again the leadership team or our key stakeholders and which provides the organization with a little bit of a plan and a journey of how to approach their employer branding and challenges with attracting and engaging and retaining talent. Why is an exercise like this important for an organization to undergo? So we know that organizations are very busy. We know that this attracting talent is a burning issue. For many, however, finding time to reflect on this and finding time sometimes to come U with tangible actions which are not three-year plans can be very challenging. So this really offers an opportunity to organizations with the key people to stop and reflect. It really helps them begin their journey around employer branding and not approach employer branding as a creative exercise, but more as a very practical. Exercise.
