Our Technical Director, Michael Davis, is flying to a client’s mining processing facility soon to conduct an operational audit.
Over the course of 10 days, he will examine each aspect of the processing plant to determine whether it meets the design intent.
And find a likely cause why if it’s not.
From this cause, we’ll be able to see if it’s:
- A design issue or a vendor issue
- How it’s being operated, and the skill set bearing on it
We’ll take the top 10 priorities from the list.
MineScope will then spend 3-4 weeks working with the on-site metallurgy team to help them solve the identified issues.
With mechanisms, horsepower and backup to make the changes.
For the final part of the audit cycle, we’ll offer a team member with a solid operational and technical background.
His role is helping the site bed down systems and procedures to maintain performance.
For stability.
This 3-stage approach to operational auditing gets things up and running:
- Determining the issues
- Metallurgy solutions
- Sustained Operation
This allows experts in those areas (each with 30+ years of experience) to have the maximum positive impact on the companies we work with.
We bring in expert consultants with specialist experience.
↪ And we stick around long enough to help you implement the change.
