Over recent years more buildings have looked at incorporating additional services within the "free hanging" Radiant Panel System to reduce site installation time with other building services and to provide a modular approach to the building design. Multi-Service Radiant Panels (#MSRP's) combine the heating of a Radiant Panel (electric or LTHW) with acoustic sound absorption and integrated LED lighting 100% prefabricated, 'plug n play' units. Elevate Your HVAC Solutions with Price Industries’ Trench Products! Price Industries’ Trench products are a prime example of efficiency and comfort enhancement! Here’s why they stand out: Efficient Perimeter Heating and Cooling: Price Industries’ Trench products, such as the Linear Natural Convection Terminal (LNT), provide efficient perimeter heating by recirculating room air through integrated heating coils. This natural convective process saves energy while meeting heating requirements. Space-Saving Design: The compact design of these trench units allows for quick drop-in installation, making them ideal for perimeter applications in offices, lobbies, schools, and universities. They handle regular foot traffic without intruding on wall space. Versatile Applications: These units are perfect for both pressurized raised access floors and concrete trench systems. The addition of a VAV inlet allows for perimeter cooling and ventilation air to be supplied via the same terminal unit, saving space and cost. Advanced Control Options: With features like room-side accessible 24 VAC floating point actuators for damper control and plug-and-play connections with native BACnet Power and Control Modules (PCM), these products offer advanced control and ease of integration. Durable Construction: Built with steel plenums painted black and heavy-duty linear floor grilles available in both flanged and flangeless styles, these units are designed to withstand regular use and provide long-lasting performance. Integrating Price Industries’ Trench products into your HVAC design not only enhances efficiency and comfort but also aligns with modern, space-saving architectural trends. Let’s redefine the standards of HVAC solutions together! #HVAC #EnergyEfficiency #SustainableDesign #PriceIndustries #InnovationInAirDistribution #products #mechanical #engineer #airconditioning #restorations

Mastering Load Calculations in HVAC Design: Cooling & Heating Loads 🌬️ In HVAC design, accurate load calculations are the foundation of efficient and reliable systems. These calculations determine the capacity of your system to maintain optimal indoor temperatures, whether you're dealing with cooling in summer or heating in winter. But what exactly goes into these calculations? For cooling loads, factors like: 🌞 Solar heat gain through windows 💡 Internal lighting (how much heat lights add to the space) 👤 Occupants (the number of people and their activity level) 🔌 Electrical appliances and equipment These factors combine to define how much cooling power is needed to keep a space comfortable. On the other hand, for heating loads, the focus is slightly different. You need to consider: 🪟 Heat loss through windows, walls, and other building elements 🌬️ Infiltration and ventilation (cold air leaking in from outside) 👥 Occupant-generated heat (yes, people contribute warmth, too!) By balancing these factors, HVAC systems can be designed to operate efficiently, preventing under-sizing (leading to discomfort) or over-sizing (leading to wasted energy and costs). This precision is key in designing sustainable, high-performance buildings. At Ecopredict, we offer comprehensive courses to help you understand both cooling and heating load calculations. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your expertise, our tailored courses will guide you through everything from basic concepts to advanced techniques. 🔗 Stay tuned for more on our upcoming HVAC Theory and Building Simulation courses. Let's optimize energy efficiency and indoor comfort, one calculation at a time! #HVACDesign #LoadCalculations #CoolingLoads #HeatingLoads #Sustainability #EnergyEfficiency #BuildingSimulation #GreenBuilding #Ecopredict

I provide online pre recorded trainings for mechanical designers who want to improve themselves, preparing to take PAE or PCE exams.
Clean room design. For modern clean room design, we are very concerned on energy efficiency especially when the clean room is operating on very high air changes to achieve the low class of ISO required. Fan filter unit whether as ECM fan, vsd fan or just constant speed fans are very popular as not all air flow is required for cooling. But all air flow is required to be filtered, thus returning some air through the fan filter unit which is located above the room may proves to be huge energy savings for high air changes. Learn the various configurations of air flows and the calculations in spreadsheets for primary only configuration, primary/ secondary configuration and primary/secondary/ tertiary configuration. Click to register and learn the clean room module or the full hvac package. https://lnkd.in/gTUJ_DYj
