Add empathy and listenijg skills too. Many accounting and finance professionals lacks these skills. And its one of the very very crucial to lead a great team. A great CFO is as great as his team

I'd say critical thinking and meta-cognition are up there as well Chris They tie to problem solving, but can improve all 3.
