PEOPLE AROUND ME - 4 During our department's year-end lunch, I had the pleasure of gathering my team, a rare occasion as we are spread across different locations. Two members are based in Shah Alam, while the other two are stationed in Alor Gajah. Reflecting on our achievements in FY24, we delved into various aspects: - Conducted annual performance reviews, not only focusing on work but also guiding team members on managing their finances. Introduced tools like TnG Go+, TnG Principals, Shopback, and Ringgitplus. Discussed retirement planning, the impact of Malaysia's 12% annual medical inflation rate, increasing monthly takaful contributions, co-pay introductions, and the significance of hibah for securing their families' future. I'm glad to know that some of them has started looking for the right hibah and life plan 🙂 Happy wife happy life 👍 - Received internal recognition for successful program launches. - Upcoming assignments and new programs in line. - Entrust the team to independently manage for 2.5 weeks due to my father's passing. - Accomplished 22 key performance indicators (KPIs). - Executed talent management activities, setting a benchmark for the region. - Undertook a 6-month course to enhance skills in talent management, network building, and financial management, sharing gained knowledge with the team. - Adapted a change in management style post Dope Personality Test, conducted voluntarily with 30 team members.
