Their work with IKEA Retail (Ingka Group) to revitalise their loyalty programme. By enhancing the membership experience, frog helped IKEA drive a remarkable 37x ROI in IKEA Portugal within a year. It makes you wonder—how many other brands could benefit from this kind of tailored transformation? And they don’t stop there—frog’s impact with Unilever, Volvo Group, and BNP Paribas shows how their forward-thinking approach turns ideas into tangible results.
