We are proud to announce that our planning application for the commercial redevelopment of White House Farm in Chelmsford was approved last week. The proposals are for the demolition of existing dilapidated warehouse buildings and the new construction of 17no business units with a mix of B8 (storage or distribution) and E (commercial) use classes, with a total GIA of 18,100 sq.ft, complete with associated parking and landscaped surroundings. This project enhances the existing site, providing much-needed flexible and adaptable modern commercial space creating a business community fostering growth and sustainability in the area.
