How does it feel when the company that you worked for many years lets you go not because you are suddenly incompetent but you are of the age when they think that you may die all of a sudden or maybe develop some disease which erases their memories? Company hiring young blood is welcomed but throwing out employees who helped build up the company, is not in good taste. What is your take on that, please share
