Imagine once discovering your bank worked against you and your ability to repay them by slyly introducing terms and conditions that make no sense and impede your cash flow, what would you do? Well Pless Jones, Jr, discovered that and filed a massive 8 count lawsuit against Fulton Bank and their contributors, Gordon Feinblatt, LLC, and Todd Chason, Esquire, and Maryland Department of the Environment. The counts are as follows: 1. Intentional Misrepresentation, 2. Intentional Misrepresentation-Concealment or Deceit, 3. Civil Conspiracy, 4. Breach of Contract, 5. Legal Malpractice, 6. Negligence, 7. Negligent Misrepresentation, and 8. Punitive Damages. Banks and law firms aren’t supposed to treat their clients that way, because those entities have our upmost respect and trust and Mr. Jones is alleging that is what they did! What makes this worse, is that it happened to a proud Black owned business and successful Black owned businesses in America are far and in between. A Baltimore County Jury will decide this case that could be worth up to $100,000,000 in damages!
