Because this is a short work week in the United States, I am gonna keep this post short as well. As many of you are more than well aware, this year the controlled environment agriculture industry has been challenging (to put it mildly.) From bankruptcies to diseases, from price erosion on what you sell to price increases on what you buy, and from changes in government to changes in policies it can feel like everything is basically out of your control. For me I look at friends and colleagues from other industries and think to myself, “man, they are lucky. They have it a lot easier than I do.” Now in some cases that is true, they do. But, in most cases it is not true. They are fighting the same battles I am and depending on the industry the only advantage that they might have is their margins might be better. Then I take step back, take a deep breath and remind myself that I really like what I do. I really like the industry I have committed myself to. And I really like the people that I work with (most days.) These three things alone are a huge advantage over many others I know and the struggles they deal with. Then I need to remind myself that this is the 3rd industry downturn I have experienced in my 30 year career. Based on the crazy spending over the past 5-10 years, historically low cost of money (i.e. interest rates) which made money easier to access and the fact that we saw this capital deployed by inexperienced newcomers with big ideas - this should have been expected. We need to remember that this time will pass and while we cannot be sure of what will inspire the next industry rally, we can be sure that it will happen. And finally I need to remind myself that if I want to be part of the group that does well during the next upcycle, I need to keep my head down, keep my company focused and make the correct moves that allow me and my team to prepare for future opportunities. Have a great Thanksgiving Holiday to everyone in the USA. “Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for the moment that is to come." — Oprah

I’m in my “circle back in the new year” era It’s officially time for some much-needed R&R — sunshine, toes in the sand, and a fruity drink in hand. So one last reminder for you: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐒 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 If you feel guilty about slowing down, consider this your permission slip to unplug, take a break, and soak up time with the people you love. Watch the classic holiday movies Make gingerbread houses Bake treats for Santa Make potato latkes Light the menorah Find joy in the season Rest hasn’t always been easy for me. But I have come to recognize the importance. Rest clears my mind, sparks motivation, and recharges me for what comes NEXT. I’m already getting excited for January - ➜ A 4-week workshop to help business owners create high-converting lead magnets & nurture sequences AND ➜ Opening spots for 3 new 1:1 clients to help scale their business without the overwhelm But first, I’m hitting the reset button. How will you be spending the holiday week? Are you resting, traveling, working, or doing a mix of it all? P.S. This is an old photo, but mentally I’m already here! Would you prefer a winter wonderland vacation or sun & sea, like me? Drop a ❄️ or ☀️ in the comments.

🎄 The holiday season is here, and Santa’s got his work cut out! 🎅 He’s got a naughty and nice list as long as a freight train and needs to figure out: - Where to start? - Which house to visit first? - How to avoid unnecessary stops (those cookie-and-milk breaks can really add up)! Now, imagine Santa fumbling through all this without a plan... chaos, right? 😅 But with Uffizio’s Job Module, even Santa could nail his deliveries: 🎯 Plan every stop and optimize his route. ⏰ Set clear timelines for each visit. 🚨 Get notified if something goes off-track (or if Rudolph takes an unscheduled snack break). 📍 Track progress in real-time and finish all deliveries before the clock strikes midnight! With all of this and more Santa could breeze through his deliveries, ensuring every gift lands under the right tree—no stress, no mess! So, whether you’re managing deliveries or service jobs this season, let Uffizio help you deliver joy, just like Santa (but smarter)! 🎅✨ https://lnkd.in/dBhgV79m

🎉The month of thanksgiving! What are you most grateful for? I find the month of November very beautiful for some reasons, and I came to a conclusion that it is because it's a month of reflection. Here are some things I'm taking time to reflect on this month; you should too: 💭 The blessing of life: Where there's life, there's hope! 💭 Written plans/structures towards vision 2025: it starts from now! 💭 Checking through my resolution list for the year 💭 Planning towards the Holidays: Detty December as some call it, but clean December as I would love to call it because there's a January ahead 😃 💭Aiming for great financial goals like a high value property before the year runs out💰 Why don't we be accountability partners and return with the impact of these reflections by the end of the month? Game? Game. As to my question at the top, I'm grateful for how much growth I have experienced over the past months in the year. >> With dedication, and passion to making proud land owners this year, I've found it the most fulfilling. Do more this new month! 🥂
