This is the ONE thing to focus on if you have a small marketing team. - One Ideal Customer - One goal (awareness, leads or sales) - One big ass problem to solve - One unique solution - One Message - One marketing vehicle/strategy (SEO, paid ads, email, etc) - One Call-to-Action Too small businesses think marketing means doing it all. Without clear and focused direction in your marketing, you're just wasting time and money.
