Theatricality is key when it comes to shared cocktail drinks, says Raymond (Ray) Tremblay, beverage director of Boston-based COJE Management Group, pointing to incorporating elements such as garnishes, lights, and fire served in punch bowls and crystal decanters. “This should be one of those items that creates a scene as it’s carried through the dining room,” he says.
