#TeamNA’s Goals for the Year 🚀 At NA we feel it is important to start the year as we mean to go on…setting business objectives and creating focus points for the year ahead. 🌟 To kickstart the Employee Value Proposition’s (EVP) events calendar, we held our annual Goals for the Year meeting which looked at the team's achievements, developments, and improvements in 2023. We celebrated all the team's hard work with Phil Ellerby saying he has never been so proud of the team, with everyone having aligned personalities, work ethics, and mentalities. #TeamNA The meeting mainly focused on our aspirations for 2024 including growth, finances, and projects which presented a clear pathway to achieving our goals. Highlights of the meeting included: ✨ Sharing with the team how the business is performing 💹 - strengthening the transparency ✨ Celebrating all we achieved in 2023, as well as looking at what can be improved - not even mentioning our singing 🎤 ✨ Discussing the importance of the EVP and the events calendar for the year ahead - which of course includes lots of good food and drinks 🥂 ✨ The importance of marketing and getting everyone involved - even Phil Ellerby and Ben Muncaster can’t escape the camera 📸 ✨ The introduction of further training and investment in the team - a key pillar in our EVP #GrowNA ✨ The discussion of the 2024 NA Awards where the team thought of some serious (and quite a few silly 🤣) award categories! - you can be the best team player and still manage to have the most boring conversation of 2024 #competitiontime The session determined the short and long-term goals and emphasised the direction Northern Accountants are heading in.
