In 1895, Wilhelm Roentgen stumbled upon a groundbreaking phenomenon that would forever change the landscape of healthcare: X-rays. Roentgen obtained the first ever x-ray image of his wife’s left hand. She was wearing a ring at the time. After seeing the image, she exclaimed: “I have seen my death”. Roentgen's accidental discovery paved the way for a new era of medical imaging, enabling physicians to peer inside the human body without invasive procedures. #CapitalRadiology #Radiology #Xrays #MedicalImaging #Healthcare #Diagnostic #MedicalBreakthrough #HealthcareEvolution #InnovativeDiscovery #HistoricalMoment #HealthcareInnovation #MedicalProgress #MedicalHistory
