🌟 Exciting New Chapter Ahead! 🌟 After 19 wonderful years in #Vietnam, I am excited to announce my relocation to the #Netherlands! 🇳🇱 As I transition from my role as #SeniorProductManager at Cốc Cốc, I reflect on the incredible journey and achievements that have shaped my career. Leading innovative projects and collaborating with talented teams has been immensely rewarding. During my time at Cốc Cốc from 2013 to 2016, I worked closely with the Advertisement department to build our QC system. I’ll never forget the exhilarating moment when we received our first client call after launching QC—I was the one who spoke with the first client, and then we all celebrated together. Although I initially wanted to transition fully into Product Management, circumstances led me elsewhere. I explored opportunities outside, but I always knew I’d return someday. Then I moved to BR24 as the Product Manager. During this time, we successfully launched ERP, which helped achieve an impressive 300% cost reduction, 200% revenue growth, and streamlined production processes. Later, I started working at SmartOSC, where I managed the company's biggest international projects. Here, I learned the high standards required for working with large international corporations. The path eventually brought me back to Cốc Cốc, where I faced challenges head-on as the #SeniorProductManager for Cốc Cốc Search. My work philosophy is to find the root cause of the problem. One of the factors for Search Quality was the Search Evaluation Team. Even though it was not truly following my career path as a Product Manager, I took the Search Evaluation Team under my management, and in a short period of time, we built processes, training programs, rebuilt the team, and achieved incredible results. During this time, we improved Cốc Cốc Search, launched meaningful products, and localized features such as Covid-19, Cốc Cốc Education, Cốc Cốc AI Chat, Cốc Cốc Map, and build Cốc Cốc Ecosystem. This led to user and retention growth as well as national award recognitions. As a leader, I believe that the key to any success is building a trustful relationship with the teams you are working with. The important part is to show them the vision, strategy, why we are doing this, and what their contribution is. I believe people you are managing need to be trusted, given the freedom to create, mentored, and provided with tools for growth. At the same time, decisions should be made with long-term impact consideration. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in the Netherlands and look forward to connecting with professionals in the region.
