Helping B2B Tech companies grow @ Brightvision, the Growth Agency for B2B Tech and Saas. Podcast host for "Tech Marketing Trends" podcast
It's so interesting to be a podcast host since I meet great people and learn so much 😉 In this week's episode, we're learning what makes some organizations just crush it when it comes to innovation. Some companies are clearly better than others in this area, and Ben M. Bensaou, an INSEAD professor and award-winning author of the book Built to Innovate, is an expert on the reasons for this. Ben has spent over 20+ years studying close to 100 companies across the private and public sectors, from startups in Silicon Valley to large industrial conglomerates when it comes to innovation. In this podcast episode, Ben explains how organizations can hardwire innovation into their DNA and that innovation is not just about major disruption but primarily systematic and continuous innovation. If you want to know what you should do to foster innovation in your team or company, Ben's solid research and conclusions will definitely help you. https://lnkd.in/dp3dfAF2

Just listened to the latest Josh Bersin podcast, and while I’m always drawn to the topics of AI, agents, and how vendors are approaching them, something else stood out this time — his sincere focus on 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 as a major challenge for public companies. He highlighted how companies like Boeing facing strikes and significant quality and people issues, are struggling because they’ve prioritized growth over their employees and leaders. Instead of focusing on taking care of their people first, they’ve lost sight of what ultimately drives sustainable growth in the long run — 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁. This connects to another conversation circulating in the startup world around the concept of “Founder Mode.” Many startups are realizing that in order to reignite growth, they need to return to that hands-on, founder-driven mindset. At Semos Cloud, we’re not immune to these challenges either. Striking the balance between 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 and 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲, as Jim Cook outlines so well, is a crucial strategy for us as we move forward. We’re focused on growth, but grounded in the belief that taking care of our people and leaders is what will fuel our success. #Leadership #AI #GrowthStrategy #PeopleFirst #FounderMode #ScalingMode
